MANDIE MARIE
Mandie, a certified Personal Trainer through NASM, isn’t someone who you would have expected to be a Trainer & Coach, especially because in High School she almost failed gym. Her journey started when her binge eating took a toll on her mind body and soul. She started working out with music on blast and found that the rhythm really helped push her in her workouts. She came across STRONG Nation in 2018 and quickly got certified to teach. STRONG NATION is a high intensity interval training program that syncs with the Music. It made fitness more fun and she wanted to share the program with the world! Another love she had since high school was Bollywood movies. In 2019, she came across BollyX: The Bollywood Workout and again was excited to share this program with the world! Mandie is also now certified to team Zumba because she wants to share her love for dancing & fitness in more ways to continue helping make Fitness more fun! She has taught in Charlotte, NC and Tampa Florida and now resides in Houston, Texas teaching online.
Mandie is passionate about fitness because it has transformed her mind, body & soul and wants to spread the love to help others feel STRONG every day!

DR. SHAMITA TRIVEDI
Shamita Trivedi is a Pediatric Subspecialist (Pediatric Endocrinologist) and a Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister, Friend, Yogi, and so many other things, like all of us.
She found herself going through life and enjoying it, but that lost the connection of living life. She loves being a Physician, but hospital hours were bringing more stress, and it was becoming harder to leave that stress at the hospital and not bring it home.
This is when her Yoga practice deepened.
Yoga turned out to be her all-around Happy Place, which led to completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training... while still practicing as a physician full-time.
This journey was far outside of her comfort zone - but her Yoga Teacher Training helped her evaluate her purpose in life.
At the end of the Yoga Teacher Training journey, she felt most complete and comfortable in her own skin, which she hadn’t felt in a very long time.
That’s when Shamita realized she wanted to bring this comfort, confidence, joy, and empowerment to other people who might be struggling in their own journeys as well.
This was the birth of starting her very own Jeet Victory Yoga, Yoga Studio!
And she is so happy & proud to also bring her practice to the amazing SWAZfit family as we bring fitness to more and more people in our community and beyond!

CARMELA CAULEY
Carmela is Mom, former teacher, and a certified personal trainer. She started her fitness journey in Jan 2019 with a goal of losing weight to control her high cholesterol, sugar levels and high blood pressure. She needed to get healthy to be there for her daughters after losing their dad (Carmela’s husband) to congestive heart failure and other health complications from Type 3 diabetes.
With that motivation in mind, she surpassed all her fitness goals within 9 months and fell in love with fitness. In 2021 she got her certification as a personal trainer through ISSA so she can continue to inspire and help others take control of their health and be the best version of themselves.
Fitness has saved her life in more ways than one. At 45 years old, she is healthier, fitter and stronger than ever before. Her mission is to help others train safely, with better form, develop a healthy relationship with food and make this a lifestyle, not just for that special occasion, vacation or dress. Fitness is Life!

TEJU SAVARKAR
Teju is a physical therapist by profession but a hardcore food enthusiast at heart. She strongly believes that when we eat with all our senses- sight, touch, feel, smell and taste, the food that we eat is better absorbed to fuel our bodies. Maintaining a fine balance between pleasing our senses and being mindful of what goes on our plates while we are trying to achieve our goals can be quite challenging. It’s why she is part of the Team to share a variety of recipes that she has created and modified along the way to make them healthier as well as to get that ‘party in your mouth’ feeling!
