As I was leaving the gym after teaching my Pilates class, Mark, who comes to my classes religiously, stopped me to tell me how keeping his core engaged suddenly hit him today in all the right places & how he felt so much stronger doing every move. The variety in the workouts is fantastic. Puneeta & Mandie are excellent & always cheering on the participants to give their best and push harder! I figured out how to eat more balanced to lose weight. I realized how carb heavy desi meals can be so now adding more protein & veggies. Also, loved the accountability I needed to stay consistent!
